3.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) syabas88 Account. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.
3.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide complete and accurate personal information during registration. 3.5 Non-Transferability. syabas88 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any Account balance to any third party.
4.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your syabas88 Account username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. syabas88 will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify syabas88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach. syabas88 will investigate all reported incidents and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending access to the Account.
4.3 Account Balance. The balance displayed in your syabas88 Account represents the available MYR funds held for your benefit. Balances do not accrue interest. Account balances are not deposits for the purposes of any banking or financial services regulation and are not insured by any government deposit protection scheme.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. syabas88 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to Accounts that have been dormant (i.e., no login activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, following prior written notice to the registered email address. The applicable fee and schedule will be set out in the applicable policy in force at the relevant time.

5.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Minimum withdrawal amounts are subject to the specific limits applicable to your chosen payment method, as displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account.
5.3 Own Funds and Own Accounts. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are drawn from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of any other person, or receiving funds from third-party sources for gambling purposes, is strictly prohibited.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. syabas88 endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes advertised on the Platform (typically 15–30 minutes for e-wallets; same business day for bank transfers). Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required pursuant to our anti-money laundering obligations or where a withdrawal is subject to a bonus wagering requirement.
5.5 Verification. syabas88 is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. We reserve the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal processing.
5.6 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). syabas88 does not support foreign currency accounts.
6.1 General. syabas88 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and minimum odds will be specified in the promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 Abuse and Fraud. syabas88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or promotional benefit where there is reasonable evidence of: (a) bonus abuse, (b) use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, (c) collusion, (d) use of artificial betting patterns designed to exploit a promotion, or (e) any other form of fraudulent conduct.
6.4 Modification and Withdrawal. syabas88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.1 Game Rules. All games available on the syabas88 Platform are governed by the applicable Game Rules specific to each product. Game Rules are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Game Rules for a specific product, the Game Rules shall prevail in respect of that product.
7.2 RNG Certification. All electronic casino games (slots, virtual table games, RNG-based titles) on the syabas88 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles.
7.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a manifest error, technical fault, or system malfunction that results in an incorrect display of game outcomes, odds, or payouts, syabas88 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the staked amount to the player's Account. 10.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits syabas88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12.1 By syabas88. syabas88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (including but not limited to): breach of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct; regulatory obligation; failure to complete KYC verification; or upon receipt of a self-exclusion request from you.
12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure (other than for reasons of fraud or prohibited conduct), any remaining verified Account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of applicable verification requirements. Where closure follows a finding of fraudulent conduct, syabas88 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance in full.
12.3 By You. You may request the closure of your syabas88 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Your obligations under these Terms and Conditions in respect of any prior activity on the Platform survive Account closure.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of syabas88's licensing authority.
In the event of a dispute between you and syabas88, you should first contact the syabas88 customer support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution procedures available under the applicable gaming authority.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to your access or use of the syabas88 Platform must be brought in the jurisdiction specified by the applicable licensing authority. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
syabas88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
